Want to become an experimental dog like Kaibutsu? You can apply here. However there are some rules and things you need to know about.
1. Experiment dogs are limited. It's not guaranteed you'll get one.
2. Experiment dogs should be realistic as possible. The more DNA mixed in, the more it shows. However it shouldn't go past the 45% mark otherwise your dog just won't be canine-like anymore. Also, the more DNA mixed in can and most likely will result in a higher risk of infertility. When you make your character please realize this and it won't be your choice to make your dog infertile, but mine.
3. Godmoding is an automatic no, no. It could result in a suspension of that character in the dream. All experiment dogs are more powerful then regular dogs, yes, but they must have a weak spot. Such as Kaibutsu's exposed arteries.
4. No wings. It's just too unrealistic.
5. Experiment dogs are allowed some unique powers. For example, having poisonous fangs. The more powers your character has however, the more likely it won't be be accepted as it will be too much of a temptation to godmode with nor will it be realistic.
